Ticket Zaanse Schans gives access to the Zaans Museum, Weaver’s House, Cooperage, Museum Zaanse Tijd, Heritage Chambres Kalverringdijk , Windmill Museum,  the windmills which are open, digital audio tour, a brochure with map and use of toilet utilities. Access to other locations and the area remains free of charge.

No, the ticket entitles you to one visit per participating museums, mills (that are open at that time) and heritage sites. The ticket will be scanned at each participating museums, mills and heritage sites.

Yes, it is possible to buy individual tickets for the participating museums, mills and heritage sites. Tickets for these can only be bought on location. It can be busy, so we recommend buying Ticket Zaanse Schans to ensure you have access and can also visit the other participating museums, mills and heritage sites.

It is possible to buy Ticket Zaanse Schans at participating museums, mills and heritage sites, but buy your tickets online early to avoid disappointment.

Group tickets are available for groups of 10 or more people, with a maximum of 30 people per booking. Click here to order group tickets

You pay €26.55 per ticket for adults and €18.00 per ticket for children (4–17 years). If you are with a group of more than 30 people, make multiple bookings. If you have any questions about special group arrangements, please contact sales@zaansmuseum.nl.

You can visit the public area and various locations of the Zaanse Schans free of charge. Enrich your experience by buying a Ticket Zaanse Schans to gain access to the participating museums, mills (that are open at that time) and heritage sites. Most participating museums, mills (that are open at that time) and heritage sites close between 4.30PM and 6PM. In our experience, the average length of stay for visitors at the Zaanse Schans is three hours.

No, tickets are not personal. It is not a problem if there is a different name on the ticket.

Your Museumjaarkaart gives you free access to participating museums, and heritage sites. Toilet visits and mills (that are open at that time) are not included.

If you would like to visit one of the participating museums, mills (that are open at that time) and heritage sites separately and are valid with an I Amsterdam Card, Vereniging Rembrandt card, VriendenLoterij VIP card, Icom card, KVN membership card, De Zaansche Molen membership card or Vriend van het Zaans Museum then you do not need to buy a Zaanse Schans ticket.
You can have your card scanned at the cash desk of valid participating museums, mills (open at that time) and heritage sites.

The following cards and or memberships are valid for a single visit at the following participating museums, mills and heritage sites. Toilet visits are not included.

The mills are accessible with a Zaansche Molen membership card. I Amsterdam Card, and Friends Lottery Card.

The Mill Museum is accessible with a Zaansche Molen membership card. I Amsterdam Card, Museum Card and Friends Lottery Card.

Museum Zaanse Tijd is accessible with Museum Card, I Amsterdam Card, members of the Rembrandt Association and the Klokkenvrienden Nederland (KVN) on presentation of a valid membership card.

Zaans Museum, Verkade Experience, Weaver’s House and Coopery are accessible with Museum Year Card, I Amsterdam Card, Friends Lottery VIP Card, Go City, Association Rembrandt, ICOM Card and the Friends of the Zaans Museum.
